Descripción

I made my first million at twenty-five. Not from a trust fund. Not from perfect circumstances. From an equation most people never learn and the discipline to run it every single day. Success = Hard Work + Luck Both variables. Specific definitions. And a daily practice for each. This was not a planned studio session. I was sitting in a lounge, journaling, having a shisha, when the flow came. Raw. Unedited. Real. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ WHAT YOU WILL LEARN: The Hard Work variable  Most people confuse busy work with hard work. Cleaning your inbox is not hard work. Spending $10,000 on a studio setup and posting zero content is not hard work. Hard work is the thing you are actively avoiding. The email you are not sending. The person you are not reaching out to. The proposal sitting in your drafts. Every morning: write the 3 hardest things you know you need to do but keep avoiding. Do those first. Nothing else. That is the whole exercise. The Luck variable (the part most people get wrong)  Billionaires are not lucky by accident. Luck = right time + right place + right person. And you engineer all three through one thing: noise. The more you create noise content, outreach, conversations, showing up the higher your probability of being in the right place at the right time. Elon Musk cold-emailed Tim Cook asking him to acquire Tesla when it was valued at $50 billion. Tim Cook said no. Elon still sent the email. That is what creating noise looks like. Competition  My team worries when competitors copy our ideas. I get flattered. It means we are the originators. You can copy someone but you will always be behind. Focus on you. Build the best thing you can. Let them follow. The promise  Combine hard work as defined here with maximum noise. I promise you: you will build at minimum a million dollar business. That is not motivation. That is the equation. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ 📲 DM me DEFAULT on Instagram for The CEO Audit  the free exercise that helps you identify your 3 most important daily moves and stop doing the $10/hour tasks keeping you stuck: → instagram.com/muneebmushtaq Airzai is AI-powered wellness technology backed by Drake, validated by the University of Geneva: → airzai.com ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Muneeb Mushtaq made his first million at twenty-five. episode Stop Trying to Be Liked | The People Pleasing Trap That's Costing You Everything artwork

Stop Trying to Be Liked | The People Pleasing Trap That's Costing You Everything

You cannot be liked by 100% of people. It's mathematically impossible. So why are you still trying? Recorded from the hot tub after a long day this is one of the most personal reflections I have shared. Being a people pleaser nearly cost me my energy, my boundaries, and my ability to lead. In this episode: - Why people-pleasing is a childhood survival mechanism you never grew out of - The 50/50 rule: you will never be liked by everyone, no matter what you do (not even Steve Jobs' ice cream test) - Why having a polarizing opinion actually attracts your real tribe - The daily core values exercise that stops people from crossing your boundaries - The difference between being disliked and being unkind you can hold the line and still lead with kindness This is not about being rude. It's about being free. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Muneeb Mushtaq is a serial founder, co-founder of Airzai (backed by Drake, validated by the University of Geneva), TEDx speaker, and featured on CNN, Forbes Middle East, Vogue, and Good Morning America. If You're Struggling Right Now, Listen to This (The Belief That Got Me My Office)

If you're hurting right now and don't know when your breakthrough is coming, I need you to hear this. I'm recording this driving past the building that now houses our office. Years ago, I didn't have a single dollar to my name, but I already believed I would have an office in that exact building. I didn't know how. I didn't know the process. I just knew. It took seven to eight years of relentless work to get there. But the belief came first. In this episode: - Why envisioning what you want only works when it's backed by real work, not wishful thinking - The story of passing the building I now own an office in before I had a single dollar - What Vishen Lakhiani (founder of Mindvalley, $150M+ revenue, 20M+ community) taught me about knowing your scale before you've built it - Why belief has to come before the proof, every time - How to apply this to your own goal subscribers, clients, relationships, anything I know it's hard to believe something you can't see yet. Do it anyway. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Muneeb Mushtaq is a serial founder, co-founder of Airzai (backed by Drake, validated by the University of Geneva), TEDx speaker, and featured on CNN, Forbes Middle East, Vogue, and Good Morning America. episode Why 90% of People Will Miss the Biggest Opportunity of Our Lifetime (AI) artwork

Why 90% of People Will Miss the Biggest Opportunity of Our Lifetime (AI)

AI is growing at a 45% compound annual growth rate. A normal "good" industry grows at 7-8%. This is not hype, this is the biggest wealth creation window most of us will see in our lifetime, and 90% of people are going to miss it completely. Recorded as an impromptu session between meetings unfiltered, direct, and exactly why I think about this every single day. In this episode: - Why you don't need to build the next ChatGPT to benefit from this moment - What I learned sitting with people who built ChatGPT, Gemini, and xAI - The "low-hanging fruit" mindset: pick your number, then find the opportunity - Real examples: AI-run Instagram pages making $200-300/day with no face shown - Why spending at least 1 hour a day with AI tools is no longer optional - The Amazon/Jeff Bezos parallel: what people said about the internet in 1996 If you're in a 9 to 5 and want to start something on the side, comment "AI" below, my team is building a resource for exactly this. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ 📩 Subscribe to The free weekly newsletter.
