Seeds of Faith

Nathan concludes our series by talking about sowing seeds of faith

Matthew 7 - Matthew 7th, 2024

Join us each day as our community reads a passage of scripture, using the acronym BREAD as our guide. As we begin a new year this is an excellent discipline to cultivate in your life. This approach to scripture reading invites us to: BREATHE: Find a place to encounter God, ask him to fill the space, and then take a minute in stillness. READ: Slowly read through the day's passage and find a verse that stands out or grabs your attention. Write it down. ENCOUNTER: Take your chosen verse, meditate on it, and consider what God might say. APPLY: Turn your focus outward and think about how you might practically live out what God is saying today. DEVOTE: Close by writing a simple prayer of devotion to God. Seek to spend at least 10 minutes each day in the scriptures, with BREAD as your guide—journaling if you can.
