Joey has played a pivotal role in driving the firm’s transition toward residential conversions, leveraging his expertise in market analysis and project management. Brett is an Associate in Asset Management at Vanbarton Group, where he oversees hotel, office, multifamily, and mixed-use asset classes located throughout New York City. Brett is also a key member of the firm’s East Coast Acquisitions initiatives.
