Coming back in for an episode having had some time to recovery from chemotherapy before I started radiotherapy. I explore the true meaning of high performance, emphasising the importance of balance, self-awareness, and holistic well-being. I take a long pause after recording this but there will be new episodes soon as I have just finished radiotherapy and have been spending the last few weeks recovering. A lesson for me too in perhaps I should have just allowed myself to fully take the time ‘off’ or at least not set promises I didn’t have the energy to keep with production and output!
