It’s Friday!!!

Heavy on ‘Em

*Bare with the beginning audio…. I move with purpose, passion and enthusiasm. With all of the technology in the world, I could find a way to record an alternative beginning but it would not do it justice. I prefer to give you all my authentic expression.* Now, take a look at your life. How often does everything feel like it is weighing on you. No matter how hard you fight to stay up, you feel all that weight just pilling up. It hets heavy right?! Just cause it is heavy does not mean you have to allow it to weigh you down. Take a breath, remember events past can not be changed, accept what’s happened and decide to move forward in the best way to benefit you and your life. Heavy doesn’t mean you are defeated. Heavy does not have to be heavy if you take away its power on you mentally, emotionally, physically and/or financially.

Transferred Energy

This is a subject frequently experienced and seldomly spoke on. The transfer of energy is something so powerful. Your energy helps guide your decisions, actions, your attitude and how you speak. You must protect it. Not one single soul should have the power to manipulate your energy without your permission. Not one soul should have the ability to syphon from you and nor help replenish you .

Loneliness in Self Love

Often times in a self love journey we have to cut times to what’s been surrounding us. It’s trying but if you push through, it’s worth it. Or so I have been told as I am currently on my journey. Love and gratitude to all. Remember to stay grounded!!
