Coffey Talk
So many times we use distractions and avoidance tactics to shy away from how we are truly feeling. In today's episode, I talk about how I recently found myself using these tactics and when I realized how much more hurt it was causing in my life. As much as sitting with our feelings is a hard thing to do, it is necessary to fully heal from what is hurting us, so we can then find happiness again. Feel it to heal it :)
