Cofounder Therapy
In the final episode of Season 1, we ask ourselves a difficult question: when is it time to pivot, and when is it worth staying the course? What begins as a conversation around money, investment, and fairness expands into something much deeper. We unpack the emotional side of building a business—being too attached to an idea, balancing burnout between work, life, and entrepreneurship, and learning how to listen to the people you actually want to serve instead of holding too tightly to your original vision. Through this conversation, we realize that pivoting isn’t always about walking away. Sometimes it’s about refining, realigning, and reconnecting with the values that made you start in the first place. By the end of the episode, we come back to what matters most: creating meaningful spaces, dinner events, retreats, and a community we genuinely believe in building together. As we close out Season 1, thank you for growing alongside us. Love, Jen & Mika 🤍 This is a public episode.
