I wasn't sure how to open this episode. Something in the last two months shifted big enough that I needed time to figure out how to even present it — and where the show goes from here. This one goes past the politics, past the religion, past everything Episode 5 already unpacked. It starts on a specific morning — May 31st, 2025, Bodrum, Turkey, 5:34 AM, no alarm — and traces what happened when a vision, a sunrise, and a number I can't stop noticing collided with a solar flare I wouldn't learn about until months later. I'm not asking you to draw the same conclusions I did. I'm just telling you what I felt before I had any language or data to explain it. From there I walk through what meditation actually looked like for me — not the curated version, the real one. Grocery lists interrupting stillness. Feet falling asleep at a weekend workshop. Months before anything "worked." I get into what's measurably happening in the brain during that quiet — the default mode network, the shift from beta to theta — and then I get honest about where the neuroscience stops explaining what I was experiencing and something else takes over. The visions. The downloads. The nights I genuinely questioned whether I was losing my mind, sitting right next to the realest thing I'd ever felt. The back half gets practical, maybe uncomfortably so. I asked the ones that know me best one question: what do you actually see different in me — not what I want to hear.
