In this episode, I discuss the need for human interaction and how women and men can in fact be JUST FRIENDS. I go down memory lane reminiscing about when I was in high school and how I would sleep at my "bro's" house. Nothing ever happened between us, but I did meet my ex through him and that was QUITE the experience! Talking about this out loud was freeing. I was young and while he wasn't worth my time, I'm happy for the experience because I know what to stay away from. Enjoy!

For Valentine's Day I took myself to see One Love, the Bob Marley movie. This is me practicing self-love, self-care and healing. "Part of healing is spending time doing things for yourself, seeing a movie can be apart of it." - My Best Friend.
