In this episode of Conversations with CASAs, we sit down with Hannah Woods, the Director of Family Works at the Foster & Adoptive Care Coalition in St. Louis, Missouri. Hannah shares her insights on the Family Works program, which provides in-home support to foster, adoptive, and guardianship families. With a team of specialists, the program offers tailored guidance, advocacy, and education to help parents navigate the complexities of caring for children with trauma histories or elevated needs. Hannah, who joined the Coalition in May 2018, brings her extensive background in social work, holding both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.
