In this episode, Coach John and Coach Kait discuss the differences in General Physical Preparedness training styles such as CrossFit and training as an athlete for a sport with Coach Nate Craft. Nate was a football player at JSU, has trained many athletes from high schools around the Birmingham area, and is now coaching CrossFit in Nashville. He was also one of our first Coaches at CrossFit Thelo.
