Descripción

In this episode, the three of us finally sit down together and delve into why we’re doing this thing. We talk about our intentions for this, including creating a safe space for vulnerability, authenticity, wisdom, intimacy, and the inherent preciousness of every human experience. Listening, of course, is a vital and beautiful way to participate in a conversation. We also invite you to share this episode if you are so inspired, and to step deeper into our ongoing conversation by reaching out to us directly via DMs or whatever, with feedback, thoughts, ideas, wisdom or anything that shows up for you. You are our people and we love to hear from you!

Thanksgiving Edition

Noelle records a slice of life as final preparations are being made at a Thanksgiving gathering in Minneapolis, hosted by my dear friend Lauren. Eric, Damon, Christina, Lauren’s mom Lynnda, Hedge, and Kai all contribute to this conversation. We cover a lot of topics from the shirt Eric is wearing, to the differences between generations. We reflect on the music we were raised on, Damon shares about his experience moving to Minneapolis in the summer of 2020, we talk about the recent shootings in Colorado Springs, fostering and adopting cats, motivations behind dietary preferences, and we have a great conversation about shared values and how finding those shared values help us communicate with one another. The list goes on. The ambient noise from the kitchen can be distracting at times, but I encourage you to let go and immerse yourself in the experience.
