De Camino a la Ciudadanía Canadiense
In this episode, we review modern Canada after the Second World War: economic growth, social change, the expansion of voting rights, the arrival of refugees, multiculturalism, culture, art, literature, film, music, sports, and national achievements. We also talk about important dates such as 1948 and 1960, the Group of Seven, Emily Carr, Inuit art, ice hockey, and lacrosse as part of Canadian identity. The goal is to understand how Canada became a more diverse, modern, and open society. This podcast is not official material and does not replace the Government of Canada’s Discover Canada guide. It is only a free Spanish study support resource to review the content in a simple, conversational way.
