Tune in to hear how he went from being a tenant with bad credit working 3 jobs in the medical field to super investor and now, not just a Top Producing Realtor, but a Mega Agent in the DMV area. Eze Okwodu has been a licensed real estate agent since 2018 and he serves Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC.  He developed a passion for Real Estate at the young age of 25 while attending Howard University and renting out a room in a Row Home in Petworth, DC back in the 90's. He realized his Landlord was making a killing because she was renting out multiple rooms. This sparked his desire to start purchasing 1 condo a year for 5 years until around the age of 30. Realizing there were very low profits in condo investment properties he eventually jumped into Multi-Unit Buildings to really make a nice profit and truly build his Equity. As he juggled 3 full time jobs in the Medical Field he started to realize the income potential of just referring a Million Dollar transaction to his Realtor at that time was massive. He realized and calculated that he could have made $8k for referring that transaction if he was a realtor as well which could help him invest in even more Real Estate investments so he immediately started working to obtain his Real Estate License too. But overall it was his love for helping his friends and family that launched him into a Mega Agent in a few short years after becoming licensed. Last year alone he sold over 110 houses and has plans to triple his business sales this year in 2023 to over 300 homes!
