We are not lazy. If we have a graveyard of 99%-finished projects and a brain that feels like it’s constantly buffering, the problem usually is not character but the wrong playbook. Much of the advice we’ve been given was built for brains that don’t move like ours, which is why many neurodivergent people feel stuck, misunderstood, or ashamed of how hard simple things can be. In this episode, we take a deeper look at what it means to live, create, and build relationships with an ADHD or AuDHD brain. We unpack the pressure that builds when we start with vision but struggle with follow-through.
