Long before YE stated that Jewish executives in media use their power to control Black voices and to control Black people … long before Kyrie Irving tweeted a link to a film about Black Hebrews … long before Jewish executives responded to these actions with demands to cancel Kanye and Kyrie … long before Adidas and Balenciaga cancelled their business and J.P. Morgan debanked YE … long before Shaquille O’Neil and Charles Barkley castigated Kyrie about his spiritual beliefs on their basketball show - Tension between the Black community and Jews has been the pink elephant in the room for nearly 100 years of American History. In the past discourse on this topic was limited by the nature of the media distribution model.  Authors critical of Jewish media power could not expect to be published just as filmmakers critical of their influence could not expect to get their films financed. In this era of User Generated Content and open distribution platforms ideas critical of the relationship between Blacks and Jews are more prevalent than ever. DENMARK VESEY - THE CRUCIFIXION OF KANYE WEST

Denmark Vesey and Intellectual Insurgent welcome special guests John Spencer and Gabriel Rich to discuss Kanye West's declaration that Black people are controlled by a media conglomerate dominated by Jewish people.  We examine the implications of his comments, the reaction of the media and we examine the range of responses within the Black Community.   We discuss the parallels between Kanye and the Jesus Christ narrative analogizing the media to the Pharisees and their calls to crucify ... a powerful influencer ... for challenging their authority.  Big John empathizes with the spirit of Kanye's comments, but questions his judgment.  Intellectual Insurgent analogizes Kanye's experience to Job of the bible and suggests the media's heavy handed response proves Kanye right.  Gabriel Rich makes the case that Kanye may in fact be Controlled Opposition.  Denmark Vesey argues that Kanye has already won.  He out maneuvered the 5th Estate.  The toothpaste is out of the tube.  The ideas expressed by Kanye are larger than Kanye.  Destroying Kanye does in fact, prove Kanye correct.  Failure to destroy Kanye proves they are not as powerful as we were led to believe.  Checkmate.
