this one goes out to Teddy ep 41 — letting go + slowing down we made it to 2026! what a feat! this week, we're chatting about letting go plus slowing down. It's been a hard couple of months, and the only thing that truly got me through. It was staying present in the moment + not forcing the outcome/relieving yourself of rigid expectations. freeing yourself = being kinder to yourself and choosing YOU first and foremost... especially in times of need, heaviness or grief. you can relax, the holidays are over as well as good ol' 2025. gotta love to hate her, it was rough, but very hope-inspiring to say the least. thank you for being so patient while I took a brief pause on uploading, I'm not sure what my new schedule will be ... I'm not sure if there will be a schedule again, if I'm being so honest. i am beaming! thank you for your ears, from the bottom of my heart. joy, love & pure bliss fill every nook and cranny of my unwavering heart and tired soul. it energizes me to show up better and better each time i pick up the microphone, so thank you for showing up. i'm very honored to call myself a hero — my hero. little me would have been so smitten, so obsessed with my bravery. i am becoming everything i was meant to be, with the comfort of knowing my future self is cheering me on. our present reality is both a humbling and forgiving mirror. trust and let the world show you how good it can get. i swear, every time i record i watch magic happen. if you let anything give you hope, let it be that. let go of your worries & do a trust fall with the Divine. i promise, the only consequence will be a feeling—a level of fulfillment that you never dared thought could be yours. and that's the tip of the iceberg, y'all... there's not a cap or limit for infinity, so we're fucking free. let's collectively lock in, let go, and free ourselves. let yourself receive! abundance is your birthright. u damn near deserve the world and more. u are the whole world, my whole world, and my home... let that love engulf you! the pain, the fear and chaos, it was all temporary, but please, do remember— unconditional love is just that, unconditional—unwavering. trust and u shall receive <3 i believe in you! all of my love, abigail
