In this episode, I share what I've been learning about how trauma is stored in the body, how trauma can show up in our lives in the form of "dirty pain", causing all kinds of problems, and some questions to ask yourself to support your body and healing. Learning to understand the body's signs and signals is just the first step in healing, but to do that, we must first calm our nervous system down enough to understand what our body is trying to tell us vs the stories our mind has made up, based in fear and old traumas. Unconscious Bias in the Emergency Department

To Visit or Not to Visit
