Can you survive on just meat? There are many critics of the carnivore diet, but what’s the truth? In this video, I’ll share the benefits of meat and what happens after only eating meat for 30 days. Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) [https://open.spotify.com/episode/4oKZ046rIAE3zwxDb06ZaO] 0:00 What happens if you only eat meat for 30 days? 1:35 Meat-only diet results 2:59 Eliminating grains on the carnivore diet 4:10 Carnivore diet benefits for insulin resistance 5:42 Tips for a 30-day carnivore diet “Experts” often discredit the carnivore diet by planting seeds of doubt and uncertainty. Claims that the carnivore diet could be dangerous in the long term discourage people from trying it. Amidst claims that a meat-only diet could be dangerous, our current dietary standards leave the population riddled with chronic disease. When first starting a meat-only diet, most people lose excess water weight. Your carbs are essentially dropped to zero, so you quickly get into ketosis. A 30-day carnivore diet can also improve gut health and digestion, and boost weight loss. Plants and fiber are not the best options for healing the gut. Adding fiber to an inflamed gut will only make matters worse. Plants also do not contain vital amino acids. When you go on a 30-day carnivore diet, you stop consuming grains, the source of most of our sugar consumption. Refined starch made from grains will spike your blood sugar even higher than actual sugar. Most grains are genetically modified, sprayed with chemicals, and contain traces of glyphosate, which is classified as an antibiotic. When you eliminate sugar and refined grains from the diet, you stop feeding the pathogens in your microbiome. This can starve and eliminate an overgrowth of fungus, candida, and yeast. Insulin resistance is primarily caused by the consumption of sugar and starches. You may notice that diseases or symptoms related to insulin resistance will disappear after only eating meat for 30 days. As your gut heals and inflammation decreases, you can absorb more vitamin D. Healing your gut also positively affects your brain, improving mood disorders such as anxiety and depression. For the best carnivore diet results, consume the whole animal, including bone broth, skin, and organ meats. Incorporating fish, shellfish, and eggs in a 30-day carnivore diet is also beneficial. Today we're going to talk about natural remedies for AIDS and HIV. I'm reading a book called "What really causes AIDS," by professor Harold D. Foster—it's fascinating because it involves nutrition. When you have HIV, over time, if the immune system is weak, it can shift to AIDS. AIDS is a condition where you don't really have an immune system anymore. This condition targets a key player in your immune system called the T helper cell. Without the T helper cells, your immune system can't work how it needs to. Without these cells, you can also develop serious secondary problems like tumors or cancer. Glutathione is the key antioxidant for all your cells, and it's intimately involved with your immune system. However, HIV depletes the precursors to make glutathione. If you were to build up these precursors, and therefore, your glutathione, you could potentially prevent the transition of HIV to AIDS. Other viruses use this mechanism, including hepatitis C, hepatitis B, and coxsackie. The precursors for glutathione are:  • Selenium  • Cysteine • Glutamine • Tryptophan A potential natural protocol for HIV and AIDS:  • Selenium (400 mcg)  • Cysteine • Glutamine • Tryptophan  • NAC Dr. Eric Berg DC Bio: Dr. Berg, age 58, is a chiropractor who specializes in Healthy Ketosis & Intermittent Fasting. Your Legs Are Declining First — Here's Why

Leg strength is one of the best indicators of longevity. Find out how to increase leg strength and longevity with a healthy lifestyle and diet. Discover a simple leg exercise that can make a massive difference in circulation and lower body strength! Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) [https://open.spotify.com/episode/4oKZ046rIAE3zwxDb06ZaO] chapters: 0:00 Introduction: Leg strength for longevity 0:37 Leg problems that affect longevity 10:41 Type 2 diabetes 13:50 The Soleus push-up 16:40 Sitting-rising test and longevity 19:43 More tips for strong legs Did you know that your legs can give early warning signs about underlying health conditions? The older you are, the more relevant this becomes! The following conditions that affect the legs can provide insight into your longevity and overall health. 1. Peripheral neuropathy These symptoms of numbness, pain, tingling, or burning in the bottom of the feet or fingertips are often associated with diabetes. High levels of sugar in the bloodstream destroy the vascular and nervous systems. 2. Ankle and foot edema Puffy legs and ankles, or pitting edema, often signify a serious problem with circulation involving the kidney, liver, or heart. 3. Restless legs syndrome This often occurs at night and is related to the overconsumption of sugar. Interference with your sleep can decrease longevity. Dietary changes, vitamin B1, and magnesium may help improve this condition. 4. Deep vein thrombosis Clots in the legs can break off and travel to the lungs. Around 90% to 95% percent of heart attacks are caused by clots. 5. Peripheral artery disease This type of atherosclerosis goes beyond the arteries of the heart and is caused by damage to the endothelial layer of the arteries. 6. Chronic venous insufficiency This is associated with a sedentary lifestyle and puts increased pressure on the heart. 7. Sarcopenia Age-related muscle loss is one of the top predictors of mortality. Protein and exercise are vital, especially as you age. Type 2 diabetes and blood sugar issues cause problems with the inside of the arteries, which often show up in your legs first. A low-carb diet and intermittent fasting can help reverse these issues, but this is often ignored by doctors. Benfotiamine and alpha-lipoic acid can also help with associated peripheral neuropathy. The soleus push-up can significantly improve your blood sugar and circulation, and the sitting-standing test is an excellent indicator of hip and core strength. Potassium, a low-carb diet, and the Soleus Push-up can all help improve edema and reduce excess water weight. Increasing nitric oxide supports the inner walls of the arteries, and consistent exercise and a sufficient amount of sleep can help strengthen the legs and increase longevity. episode Why Sea Moss Is Going VIRAL! artwork

Why Sea Moss Is Going VIRAL!

Sea moss has gained popularity on social media due to its numerous health benefits, but what exactly is it, and is it worth the hype? Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) [https://open.spotify.com/episode/4oKZ046rIAE3zwxDb06ZaO] Just so you know, my full line of high-quality supplements is available on Amazon — search Dr. Berg Supplements. 0:00 Introduction: Advantages of sea moss 0:05 What is sea moss? 0:23 Benefits of sea moss 1:03 What is the purpose of trace minerals? 1:50 Importance of selenium 2:56 Advantages of iodine 3:40 Carrageenan and its effects Sea moss and sea kelp are both types of seaweed that grow underwater and have similar nutritional value. People have used sea moss on their skin and internally to help with digestion and inflammation. Sea moss contains various nutrients, including amino acids, fiber, vitamins, minerals, fatty acids, and phytonutrients. One of the standout features of sea moss and other types of seaweed is its high mineral content. This includes trace minerals, which are essential for our health but needed in small amounts. Trace minerals are crucial in activating enzymes and proteins that aid in various bodily functions. For example, selenium is essential for converting the inactive form of thyroid hormone (T4) to its active form (T3) and supporting immune function. Sea moss is also a great source of iodine. Iodine is crucial for thyroid health and helps regulate estrogen levels in women. Unfortunately, most land-grown produce lacks trace minerals. To get enough of these essential minerals, we need to consume foods grown near the ocean or directly from the sea itself. Some forms of seaweed, including sea moss, contain carrageenan. While this ingredient has been linked to digestive issues, it’s important to distinguish between naturally occurring carrageenan found in sea moss and the artificially added version found in processed foods. Brain fog eraser Brain fog is typically the result of a hypoglycemic situation, so increasing your high-quality protein intake is a helpful solution. The best protein source is nutrient-dense red meat. 2. Increase CO2 Stress affects breathing and can cause you to take in too much oxygen. Increasing carbon dioxide by breathing through your nose may help with stress and also improve sleep, especially if you’re stressed out. 3. Gallbladder massage To find the gallbladder, press underneath the right rib cage and massage this area. This can help improve digestion and eliminate right shoulder pain. 4. Acupressure for pain relief The best acupressure technique for pain involves finding the mirror location of your pain on the opposite side of the body. Instead of applying pressure to the pain, you’ll apply pressure to this spot. 5. Fix tight muscles Be sure to stretch the muscle opposite of the muscle that’s causing you problems. 6. Sea salt under the tongue This works for weak muscles and can also work for fatigue. 7. Neck pain relief for instant relaxation A relaxed neck is vital for good sleep. For neck pain relief, apply pressure at the base of the hairline for instant relaxation. Apply pressure to this spot for about 2 minutes. 8. Apple cider vinegar Combine 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar with 3 to 4 ounces of water. Wait about 2 minutes and drink one more! This helps digestion and triggers the pancreas and gallbladder to release digestive juices. 9. Joint pain relief exercises Joint pain typically stems from a problem with your fascia—the connective tissue that covers the entire body. Stretching the fascia on the opposite side of the pain can often provide joint pain relief. 10. Headache pain relief Headaches often stem from past head injuries. Acupressure can provide headache pain relief if you apply pressure around the painful area. 11. Sinus relief Acupressure massage can provide instant relief for any type of breathing problem, such as sleep apnea, a deviated septum, and sinus problems.
