What better way to prepare for labor and deliver than to prepare my mind? I've been M.I.A for almost a year & this is partly why. Ineffable Squad, I've still been on a journey of re-learning myself and the new roles and capacities that I'd fulfill. I've been preparing my mind with affirmations and positive self-talk, working on becoming the BEST version of myself amongst being pregnant.
