Descripción

How many of you buy those cute journals at Target, on Amazon or Etsy? Only to get it and never use it? Or start then stop? But they sure are cute aren’t they? I often hear people say I wouldn’t know what to write or where to start? And they tell me they have fears like, “I don’t want to write it down because I’m afraid of what I’ll see.” Or “I don’t want to write it down because then it will make my anxiety worse.” What if I made journaling simple for you? There's one rule and the rule is, "There are no rules!" Check out this podcast episode and learn how!

This offered my patients and clients a unique and effective blend of skills, tools and experiences from both modalities.  Let’s break down the basics: therapy focuses on mental health and emotional healing, particularly from the past. A professional is called a psychotherapist, therapist or counselor. The therapist supports the patient in their healing and growth.  In life coaching (or coaching) focuses on setting and achieving goals with a focus on the future. It holds the client accountable and responsible for their progress.
