After a 2-week hiatus from podcasting, spent experiencing "why bother?" syndrome, culling and evaluating, I'm back to share my findings and feelings! With 6+ months of weekly podcasting under my belt, I have more easily been able to realize I have created EVERY version of myself and continue to. In this episode I share what connection and community and art means to me, I explain my overwhelm with the mental and physical tabs I had opened and the responsibility I then took to address this, and I break down why I unfollowed everyone on Instagram.
