More Than a Name

We spent this season studying fifteen names of God. Each one revealed His character, His power, and His faithfulness. But these were never just names to memorize—they reveal the One true God. In this season finale, we look back at what we’ve learned and how these names have been seen throughout Scripture and in our own lives. From Jehovah-Jireh to Jehovah-Rohi, from Elohim to Alpha and Omega, every name points us to the same unchanging God. As we close Season 2, we also look ahead to Season 3 as we begin studying the names of Jesus—because He is more than a name.

Alpha & Omega: Beyond Beginning and End

In the final Name of God study of the season, we explore Alpha and Omega. What does it mean that God calls Himself the Beginning and the End? And if God has no beginning or ending, why would He reveal Himself that way? Join me as we study Revelation 1:8, Revelation 22:13, and Psalm 90:2 and discover how God teaches finite people about an infinite God.

El Gibbor: Do We Really Trust God?

We call God all-powerful. But if someone watched our lives for a week, would they come to the same conclusion? In this episode, we study the name El Gibbor, which means Mighty God. Together we’ll look at Isaiah’s prophecy about Jesus, the faith struggles of Abraham, Sarah, Martha, and others, and what it means to trust God’s promises when life doesn’t go according to our plans.
