This week I have the honor to welcome Becca Dollard on the podcast to share insight on the difference between self-care and self sabotage. She also digs into buffering, what it is, why we do it and how to develop awareness around when we are buffering. Becca is a mom, wife, and mentor which are three roles she loves the most. As a life coach Becca supports women so that they can show up and support their families and live a life full of joy, freedom, and purpose. She specializes in boundaries for empaths and people pleasers, identity, enneagram, and helping women holistically heal and balance their lives.
