Descripción

In this episode, I am joined by soul coach Shelly Anne for a candid, in-the-moment conversation about a distinction that turned out to be anything but simple. What started as a question about labels, entrepreneur versus business owner, quickly became an excavation of the unconscious stories, fears, and patterns that had been quietly running the show. I share the moment I realized I had been actively resisting the business owner identity, and what I uncovered when I sat down to free write about what success actually meant to me. The through line was abandonment. My father's success took him away. My own success cost me my marriage. My former business required me to abandon myself. Once I could see that, the resistance made complete sense. And once I could name it, I could choose differently. Shelly brings her own parallel thread, that of a lifelong entrepreneur who has always carved her own path, now feeling called for the first time in over a decade to formalize what she is building. Not because the label matters, but because the structure serves the mission, and because clarity, as she puts it, is sovereignty. Together we explore what it looks like to marry the feminine and the masculine in business, not as gender but as energy. The amorphous, intuitive, feeling-led flow of the feminine, and the form, the plan, the container of the masculine. One without the other, as I note, does not last. The river without banks goes all over the place. The conversation closes on cooperation, the idea that the way forward is not competition or comparison but a fluid exchange of strengths, a model where what each person brings is honoured and where the things that have historically been overridden, the knowing, the feeling, the unnamed thing that is not a fit, finally have a seat at the table. This is FierceGRAVITAS with Delphine. The podcast for the woman who's so over being good and is here to claim her Sovereignty. Who trusts her body over her brain, her gut over her game plan. Who knows her power lives in her marrow, not her manners. Who stops asking permission and starts remembering her belonging was never up for debate. This is primal. Untamed. And deeply, dangerously wise. Delphine has spent decades walking women back to the truth of their essence. Serving as a catalyst and initiated guide in 1:1 work and in group settings, she is a speaker, has been the host of five podcast series and has a gift for seeing what most people can't yet name in themselves, and asking the one question that makes everything else irrelevant. Before this work, she built and walked away from two successful careers. Both built for someone else's approval. That journey informs everything she brings to FierceGRAVITAS, where the conversations are primal, the wisdom is hard-won, and nothing is off limits. The Radical Act of Receiving

After 108 moves, I finally found the home I had been visioning. And then I couldn't let myself have it. This episode is about the unconscious block that was running the show, and what it actually took to clear it. Untamed. The Woo Way

Sarah Ibrahim of the Woo Corner Spiritual Cafe joins me for a conversation that is as raw as it is real. From cocaine addiction to certified psychic medium, Sarah's path to spirituality was anything but planned. This one covers the difference between religion and spirituality, what it costs to hide who you are, how to know when a message is coming from you versus something else entirely, and why openness might be the only thing standing between you and the life you actually want. Sarah Ibrahim is a Spiritual Advisor for Leaders, Creatives and Visionaries. WTF does that even mean?! She helps you cut through the noise of your overthinking, the pain of your indecision and get past the not knowing. She is a psychic reader, energy worker and Spiritual Life Coach. In her own words, she is better experienced than explained!
