Fifteen&: A Podcast Experience
In Part 2 of The Rescue AI Isn't Bringing: Name, Chris opens in Genesis 11 where the builders of Babel reach for a name through the work of their hands, then moves through Paul's argument in Galatians 3 about the Law as a diagnostic that reveals the need for validation without satisfying it, and lands in Acts 2 where Peter's Pentecost sermon declares the reversal: the Spirit poured out, a people named sons and daughters, their imaginations freed to prophesy, dream, and see. The teaching asks a direct question: when AI can outwork and out-communicate most of us, what is left if the only name you have is the one you built yourself? WEEKLY REFLECTION: 1. What is your personal "law" right now, the private scoreboard you report to every morning to find out if you are okay? - Paul says the Law functions as a validation system, it names your shortfalls, measures you, and requires a mediator. 2. Where have you been doing the smaller Babel, trying to construct a self instead of receive one, and how is that going? - The anti-skill is "building self-esteem," stacking affirmations like bricks into a tower called me. 3. Name one specific ambition you are carrying. Right now, honestly, is it pointed through a window or pointed back at you? - The hunger to be seen is raw material, an icon when aimed past yourself, an idol when turned inward.
