I finally had my first guest😁 - in this episode, I sat down with Sarah, one of my best friends and a person who's as caring as can be. We had a chat about her early life years, what it was like growing up trying to simultaneously fit in within two cultures, relationships and mental health. Sarah reflects on some of her low points and how she navigated through those situations and offers some insightful advice/lessons - if I say so myself.
