Ep 13 - Day Across Minnesota (DAMn) special edition with Jason, Matt Barrett and Bernie Digman

On August 10th, the host of the Fit and Healthy?/Healthy and Fit? podcast, Jason Digman, went for a bike ride. This was not a typical bike ride though. It was not unlike many other days in Scott's life. Except this day was very different for Scott. Excited to share our 10th episode, a wide-ranging conversation with Rasa Troup of Rasa Nutrition. Rasa has lived an amazing life. She grew up in Lithuania while it was still part of the Soviet Union, emigrated to the United States to attend school and run track. She's been to the Olympics (2008 in Beijing), has kids and runs her own nutrition company.   During our conversation Rasa shares wisdom with a humility and a commitment to make things better that was truly inspiring.
