So many of us think we're struggling with consistency because we lack motivation, discipline, or willpower, but that's usually not the real issue. In this episode, we're digging into what's actually happening underneath the surface. I'm talking about the thoughts and beliefs we have about healthy eating, exercise, and the changes we're trying to make. Because when we believe something is miserable, restrictive, or impossible, staying consistent will always feel like an uphill battle. The good news?
