It all started with an essay. A simple idea — written by a college student from Ghana — would set off a chain of events that would touch the lives of over a million people. This led to him with the help of an NGO being able to ship two containers and build a library in Ghana. He realized that building libraries wouldn’t be enough and for true change he had to go deeper. So Daniel launched an ambitious mission, to educate one million Ghanaians. That’s how Lead for Ghana was born. Lead for Ghana is a leadership development organization that recruits top university graduates to teach in under-resourced communities across the country. Their focus?
