Thank you so much for taking some time to listen to this weeks episode! Todays episode we dicover what imposter syndrome is, how it plays a role into your identity and dive into faith-based topics such as analyzing Matthew 7:24-29. Psychologist Pauline Clance and Suzanne Imes first coined imposter syndrome in 1978. Throughout the years we can see a high number of individuals who tend to feel this way. My motive for this episode is to educate you and acknowledge the role of a spirt that can consume and idsragrd your effort. Throught this episode we discover 5 different types of imposter syndrome: The perfectionist- If it's not flawless, its worthless" The expert- "If I don't know anything, I know nothing" The Soloist- "If i need help, Im incappable" The natural- "If it doesn't come easily, it's not for me" The super human- "If im not doing the most, i'm not enough" Heres are the websites I used for my Podcast episode!
