Descripción

This week on Frank & Hem, the guys kick off a brand new weekly segment: Frank & Hem – One Minute Rant. Frank opens the show with a completely reasonable and definitely-not-threatening letter to a school bus bully… let's just say the kid should probably keep his head on a swivel. The guys also dive into the little things that make men secretly judge other men, break down the absolute WORST sounds you can hear in your house, and somehow turn smoke detector chirps, mystery crashes, and "Dad… I threw up" into comedy gold. To close things out, Hem shares his latest bizarre infatuation, and honestly… we're a little concerned. Midwest sarcasm, dad energy, questionable opinions, and weekly nonsense — just the way you like it.

Episode #12 - Smart Fridges, Summer Rides, and the Road to Omaha

This week on Frank & Hem, Frank unleashes a One-Minute Rant on the growing epidemic of smart appliances. Why does a refrigerator need Wi-Fi? Why does a washing machine need an app? And when did a toaster become smarter than its owner? The guys then turn their attention to the College World Series, discussing who they're pulling for in Omaha and why. Next, they each rank their Top 5 Modes of Summer Transportation, from boats and bikes to golf carts and everything in between. Frank also provides a quick update on preparations for this year's EAA festivities, including the excitement, chaos, and work that comes with getting ready for one of Wisconsin's biggest summer events. Smart appliances, college baseball, summer transportation, and EAA prep—just another week in the garage with Frank & Hem.

Episode #10 - Frank and Hem Do America

This week on Frank & Hem, the guys fire up a full blown Memorial Day episode packed with nostalgia, arguments, and pure American energy. Frank and Hem break down the absolute BEST and WORST parts of Memorial Day weekend — from backyard cookouts and less than ideal weather conditions, to lake season and mosquito hatches, and of course, the unofficial start of "guy grilling season." Frank then delivers this week's One Minute Rant aimed directly at streaming services and the absolute disaster live sports viewing has become. Four apps, nine passwords, buffering screens, blackout restrictions… what happened to just flipping channels like civilized people? The guys also riff on the greatest patriotic songs of all time and finish the episode with a list of real and fictional people who truly embody America. Grab a brat, crack a beer, and celebrate Memorial Day weekend with Frank & Hem.

Episode #9 - Always Sunny, WHAM Warning Signs, & Corporate Defecation Etiquette

This week on Frank and Hem, Hem kicks things off with a passionate defense of It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia as the superior sitcom over The Office — and Frank may need a bird law defense attorney. The guys also shout out listeners, answer fan questions, and dive headfirst into some absolutely necessary societal debates: * Is leaving weights on gym machines a selfish act or no? * What's the proper etiquette for corporate bathroom "situations"? * Which movie quotes have permanently become part of our daily vocabulary? * George Michael and Wham! were there signs.......? Mike then somehow lands the plane by ending the episode on a positive, reflective note… like a zenned-up mob boss who just finished a self-help audiobook. Another chaotic, ridiculous, and strangely relatable episode from your favorite Midwest dads.
