Episode 19 - Jess Lawson Hughes (RAD Runners)

This week the boys are joined by Jess Lawson Hughes Jess is the founder of the Rad Runners Club, initially set up for ladies who weren't confident running alone after dark and now has blossomed into a fantastic running community. They meet up on Tuesday evenings at Bar Beer Riff in SA1 Swansea and stomp the tarmac and sink a few bevvies afterwards. She has also run several ultra' marathons and done some wild shit, just how we like it! This was a great episode with plenty of laughs as usual.

Episode 18: Simon Malley

This week the boys are joined by Simon Malley Simon has done some of the toughest endurance events there is from Ironman, The Dragons Back and most recently podiuming at 3rd place on The Epona 100. Simon talks about his love of mountaineering, coaching people and helping them achieve their goals and more. He also sheds some light on future challenges he has planned for the future.

Episode 17: Richard Jones - From Rookie to Ultra Machine

This week, the boys are joined by Richard Jones, whose first year in ultra running has been nothing short of ridiculous. In just 12 months, Rich has taken on and conquered the Pegasus Slam, the Sirona 100 and the brutal Wild Horse 200, achievements that most runners spend years working towards. Ryan and Mike dig into what drove Rich to take on such massive challenges, the highs and lows of ultra racing, the mental battles that come with pushing beyond your limits, and what it really takes to keep moving when your body is screaming at you to stop. Of course, it wouldn't be From Pills To Hills without the conversation quickly descending into chaos, with plenty of questionable tangents, terrible advice, and the usual dose of absolute wetness along the way.  Massive miles, big challenges, mental grit, and plenty of nonsense.
