Coach Rios is the head wrestling coach at Cooper High School. He is coming off back-to-back state championships with his girls team. We sit down with Coach Rios in this episode and talk about building a culture and program, the club wrestling scene, and we also discuss his current team! Coach Rios is also the owner of Pirate Wrestling Club where he starts teaching kids the way of the mat at an early age!

What's up everyone! Today we sit down with Producer Mazzy when we take from behind the camera and sit her in front of a mic. Mazzy is a student athlete for the Frenship Tigers. In this episode, she breaks down what it is like to be a basketball and track athlete, while balancing a nursing curriculum and normal high school life! Mazzy has also worked with us for the past year! She gets honest about working with Fungo and shares about one of her favorite pranks that unfolded at a media day! Mazzy has transitioned as an assistant and now takes photos, produces a podcast and creates social media content for Fungo!
