Collins served as a Marine JAG officer for 30 years. Collins has his bachelor's in Management from the University of Mississippi, his Juris Doctor from the University of Memphis, and his LLM(Masters of Law) from Tulane University. He has extensive experience in International law and has worked all over the world, including spending much of his time in the Pacific region, in countries such as Japan, South Korea, and Sri Lanka. Throughout the interview, Collins shared valuable personal anecdotes about his time in the Marine Corps. Luke is a Culver Military Academy graduate, and he studied his undergraduate at the USMA at West Point. He served as an Army Intelligence Officer for over seven years. He received Masters of Philosophy from the University of Cambridge in Political Thought & Intellectual History, and he holds a J.D. from Stanford Law School. Luke is currently a PhD candidate in Political Science and Government at the University of Virginia.
