Washington County Utah House #72 Recount: Random Samples Matter--Episode 01

The Utah House #72 race between Joseph Elison and Willie Billings had only only 7 votes difference!  Last week an automatic recount was triggered.  Thanks to efforts of those in Washington county, Monday (July 18) a small sample of ballots were hand recounted.
