Mental Health in Law School: What the Numbers and Lived Experience Show

Law school is demanding, but the impact it can have on mental health is often left out of the conversation. In this episode, I talk about mental health in law school through both the data and my own experience. I share parts of my personal story, how law school has affected me, and why so many students struggle in silence. I also highlight key statistics on depression and anxiety among law students and reflect on why this issue deserves more attention. This episode is about honesty, awareness, and reminding law students that struggling does not mean they are failing. You are not alone!
