We don't necessarily get to chose what we want to struggle without it's much better to have unwavering faith than to perfect, get it all right than to have faith that wavers and never lets you produce fruit. She gets vulnerable, but this is the part where we focus on the details! its really the small stuff that matters along the journey, you'll get to see how this impacts your life later. Standards v. Expectations

Hello fellow detail listeners! Hope you don’t mind the name, but just as God is in the details of our lives we should always look back to those small details but always have open ears for such details!  Today we are commencing the second season  and with that we will discuss and of course share what life has been like coming from a life with low expectations and then going into a life with high standards. Of course we don’t mean unrealistic standards but standards God holds us up to. To be set a part.  Although life itself is a journey rediscovering what that looks like with Christ is challenging but so fulfilling. Join us in this conversation of what this can look like in our personal walk, in relationships and more! The word tells us in 1 John chpt 4 we should test all spirits!  Please don’t take our word for it go to God's word, the Bible! Why so Anxious ?

Welcome to God in the details Pod! with Co-hosts Kim & Cat. Today we talk about Anxiety, what makes us anxious? , there are many things that do. God tells us in his word to not worry about what tomorrow holds but to focus on today. It’s difficult especially with a 9-5 job or other things that can take up our entire day. What if there are other things you could try and maybe it’ll help.  Maybe Try God. Try Faith in him, hope, feel again. Be encouraged. We encourage professional help if necessary, We would never discourage that. We believe in an almighty God. I believe he could set us free, but this is why we have others, community, family and friends, all kinds of resources for us to use.  So please if you find yourself in a very difficult situation, anxiety is too much, you don’t have to face it alone.  Reach out, speak out and break out.  We believe it for us and we believe it for you.  The things you will overcome with God by your side are infinite. He is your rock, your guide, believe and trust in him. That he will guide you to the people that are meant to walk with you during this time.  Thank you listening to our pod!
