What kind of music do you listen to? A frequent question I get asked and never know how to answer. Music is a big part for my life, music is therapy. I have music in my phone that remind me of a different version of me. And the many memories I’ve made a long the way.

Christmas wish list & grateful

Evita has the same problem every year. Her parents will ask her what she wants for Christmas and she doesn’t know/ remember. Although now it’s very different to make a Christmas wish list because now that she’s an “adult” she can buy everything that’s in the list it’s a matter of when. And she also talks about the things she is grateful. And how the holiday season isn’t always about gifts.

Winter blues & sad holiday stuff

It not easy this time around. You got COVID, buying Christmas gifts, having your life figured out and on top of that having the winter blues. Evita talks about how seasonal depression creeps in every year but how different and odd this one feels. And how you’re allowed to feel sadness even on the most wonderful time of the year.

2020 lessons & new intentions
