In this compelling episode, we welcome Sean Brosnan, a multifaceted individual whose journey has taken him from the stage to the realm of mental health. Sean began his career as an actor, touring Europe as Romeo in "Romeo and Juliet" and co-starring in the Emmy-winning miniseries "Generation Kill." Now a dedicated psychotherapist, he holds a Bachelor of Arts from The Royal School of Speech and Drama and a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University. With over a decade of experience in addiction treatment, he has founded his own sober living facility and specializes in helping individuals navigate trauma, grief, and recovery.
