Descripción

Tim and Cullen are back to break down another exciting week of CFB. To Tim's chagrin, the guys had to start with Georgia's convincing win over Texas, where Kirby talked a little trash afterwards. Georgia is essentially a lock for the playoffs now. Elsewhere in the SEC Oklahoma put themselves back in the mix with a gritty victory over Bama, Texas A&M survived a wild game against South Carolina, and Ole Miss won the 'Lane Kiffin' Bowl over Florida. Other playoff hopefuls including Michigan and USC also won close games, setting up what should be an exciting final two weeks of the season. After a brief discussion of Notre Dame and the latest playoff rankings, the show ends by breaking down this week's biggest games including USCs trip to Oregon.

GridIron Gospel S7E15: 2025 College Football Week 15

Rivalry weekend has come and gone, and the regular season has come to an end. Tim and Cullen are happy men as both of their teams collected victories. Texas played one of its best games of the season and took down Texas A&M, while Ryan Day got the Michigan monkey off his back. The guys have lots to say about those results. However, Texas is still on the outside looking in for the playoffs though. Steve Sarkisian is blaming the loss to Ohio State for his team's bubble status, but the truth is probably that the Florida loss is what's holding Texas back. The guys discuss Texas along with other playoff bubble teams like BYU, ND, and Miami. Finally, the episode ends with a brief preview of the conference championship games. Enjoy!

In this episode Tim and Cullen react to the biggest on and off field developments this week. First, several playoff contenders including Indiana, Texas Tech, Oregon, and Texas A&M earned big wins over the weekend. Which ones are pretty much locked into the playoffs, and which have more work to do? In off the field news, LSU is attempting to avoid paying Brian Kelly's buyout, hear why this might backfire on the program. Plus, the guys discuss the latest playoff rankings and identify the most important teams and remaining games that will have the biggest effect on the playoff race. Four of those games happen this weekend and the episode ends by breaking down each of them; ND/Pitt, USC/Iowa, Texas/Georgia, and OU/Bama. Thanks for listening!
