In this episode of the GROW WITH CHACE FARMS Podcast, host Saadiq Smith details the plan to transform 70-acres of land in Chattahoochee Hills, GA, into CHACE FARMS, a vibrant, sustainable hub where art and culture meet agriculture. Starting September 2024, the two-year project, planned by the WOLF Ideas Group, aims to inject an entrepreneurial spirit to the area through rentable garden plots, organic farming workshops and a thriving community of artists in residence. Saadiq shares his excitement at the prospect of using CHACE FARMS to combat some of metropolitan Atlanta's key challenges, including limited access to green spaces and economic disparities, while connecting communities and fostering creativity. By Spring 2026, he expects the farm to have engaged over 1,000 local residents, hosted 50 creatives and generated significant attention for Atlanta as a leader in creative placemaking and sustainable development.
