Enneagram Series, THE TYPE FOUR

The Enneagram series aims to shine a light on just how differently each of us think, reason, behave and experience the world around us. In this episode, we explore life through the lens of an Enneagram Four with Mlisska Hubert.  Fours are also called the "intense creative", "the artists" or "the individualists."  Fours are self-aware, sensitive, and reserved. They are emotionally honest, creative and personal. *They have the motivational need to express their uniqueness and be authentic. Fours value individualism and as a result, feelings, self-expression and purpose will be important to them. They are quite romantic at heart and appreciate beauty and creating meaning for themselves and for others. While we connected online about two years ago we have never met in person. In three words I would describe her as sensitive, self aware and grounded. The most powerful, strong and loyal type on the Enneagram in my experience. In this episode I talk to Arlene Mulder about what life is like as a "type eight."  Arlene and I always joke that we should be working for the Enneagram Institute as we find this tool to be so helpful in building strong relationships.
