Click to send us your feedback on our Podcast. Thanks. [https://www.buzzsprout.com/2169397/fan_mail/new] This is our first Podcast back in The Studio, since our recent Live Audience Podcast so we start off with a recap and review of that Live Audience Podcast with Phil, Joe B. and Tommy V. Thanks to all of you who attended, those that participated, and those that have since listened.  A few years ago Ken Walter gave a presentation to our community on  “Cutting the Cord” which is basically changing your TV viewing from a direct cable connection to a streaming service.  Ken is with us to discuss exactly what “Cutting the Cord” means, how it can save you a lot of money, what your options are, and to explain that it may be a lot easier than you think. This should be of interest to anyone that is  looking to Cut the Cord, or has tried and can use some assistance. Enjoy.

Both Sides of the Fence

Click to send us your feedback on our Podcast. Thanks. [https://www.buzzsprout.com/2169397/fan_mail/new] In this edition we review our recent Baymen Karaoke Party which always brings a lot of laughs to those who attended whether they were singers…. or attendees…or even reluctant singers who gave it a shot and were glad they did. We introduce a new segment to our Podcast called “Both Sides of the Fence” where we discuss some issues within our community that have several viewpoints both in support of and opposed. Sometimes these discussions around the neighborhood can get quite heated But our hosts break them down and attempt to provide both sides of the issues.  Today we discuss: Should all residents have access to our community pool even during reserved paid events whether they pay the admission fee or not? And…Should our non-sanctioned clubs, including the Men’s and Women’s Clubs, be allowed to use community facilities for their events? This may cause quite a stir, and we welcome your input by email at BaymenPodcast@gmail.com [BaymenPodcast@gmail.com] or voicemail at (609) 812-2949. Enjoy.

Happy 3rd Anniversary - Welcome Live Audience

Click to send us your feedback on our Podcast. Thanks. [https://www.buzzsprout.com/2169397/fan_mail/new] We've reached a major milestone for our Podcast with our 3rd Anniversary and our 50th Episode.  To help celebrate, we invited our friends to come join us to watch as a live audience as we recorded the podcast and participate in a few games such as "Toys We Played With as Kids", "The Top 10 Joys of Retiring in Our Active 55+ Community", and another edition of "I've Got a Secret". We want to thank all of those who attended including a few of our sponsors. Whether you were in attendance or not, please take a listen and send us your comments to baymenpodcast@gmail.com OR leave us a voicemail at our new phone number at (609) 812-2949. And we thank all of you for supporting us over the past three years. We've had a lot of fun and hope you've had a few laughs along the way.
