Who is the King of Glory? Psalm 24 was written nearly 1,000 years before the birth of Christ, yet it vividly points to Jesus as the victorious King who conquered sin, death, and Satan before ascending into the presence of the Father. In this sermon, Pastor Sam Kraemer walks through one of the Bible's great Messianic Psalms, showing how Psalm 24 unfolds the gospel: The earth belongs to the Lord because He created it. Only one person is worthy to ascend God's holy mountain. Jesus perfectly fulfilled every requirement of righteousness. Christ entered heaven as the victorious King of Glory, opening the way for all who trust in Him. Using the illustration of Mount Everest, this message demonstrates that no one can climb God's holy mountain through their own efforts. Only Jesus has made the ascent—and He now leads His people safely into God's presence. Sermon Outline • The Earth Belongs to the Lord (Psalm 24:1–2) • Who May Ascend the Hill of the Lord?
