Descripción

Scripture: Proverbs 13:12 Do you ever feel like Christmas magnifies everything in life? The good feels amazing, but the tough stuff can feel tougher. But Christmas doesn’t have to be either good or bad; it’s not about how great or difficult things are—it’s about hope that never fails, a hope that can get through everything. That hope showed up one night over 2,000 years ago, when Jesus stepped into the world. Light pierced the darkness. His love drew near, and it changed the world forever. Jesus opened the door to a new kind of life, one filled with wonder, including what’s possible for us today. In Arrival, we’ll pause together to rediscover the hope, peace, joy, and love that only He brings.

God’s Snooze Button

Scripture: John 11:1, 3, 20-22 Have you ever felt like God’s ignoring you, your voice, your calendar? You prayed, you waited, you believed…and still, nothing makes sense. Well, if you’ve ever wondered what God is doing, or if He’s doing anything at all, you’re not alone. Blessed Are the Baffled is a 3-week sermon series for the spiritually confused, the faithfully frustrated, and anyone who’s ever whispered, “God… what are You doing?” We pray with hope, but the heavens feel quiet. We seek answers, but life hands us riddles. We cry out for relief and get more waiting. In this series, Pastor Jack invites us into the sacred space of confusion, not to fix it, but to name it, feel it, and find God in the fog. Because maybe being baffled isn’t a failure of faith, maybe it’s the birthplace of deeper trust, unexpected grace, and a God who’s still good even when He doesn’t make sense.

Putting Your Sins Behind You

Scripture: Isaiah 38:17 [https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Isaiah%2038%3A17&version=MSG] “Your Sin is Behind You and Behind God” – powerfully illustrates that sin—originally an archery term meaning “to miss the mark”—reveals our human tendency to fall short of God’s perfection. Yet through Jesus Christ, the price for our sin has been fully paid. From Hezekiah’s healing and David’s repentance to Jeremiah’s promise and Jesus’ ultimate sacrifice, Scripture shows a consistent pattern of divine forgiveness: God not only removes our transgressions but chooses to remember them no more. Just as He puts our sins behind Him, we too are called to release our guilt and forgive others, living in the freedom and faithfulness of His grace.
