Well folks, we did it. No I'm not talking about finishing the beloved Kari's Kreepies mini series, nor am I talking about wrapping up season 6 of our perfect little podcast Hear Me Out. Oh no no no, I'm talking about finally bringing the nefarious and infamous Henry Selick flick that has been the most alluded to movie on the pod: Monkeybone. Aside Chris Kattan giving a performance that quite frankly should have gotten an oscar nom, it was quite an upsetting watch....and maybe, just maybe, it's not only bad but.....boring? Not even the DVD's bonus features could save this one. Dive dive dive into this last episode of season 6!

It has all the makings of genius - it's star studded, it's funny, it's a little boring through the middle AND there's a little Shwartzman on the side just how we like it! Ack! Ack! Ack! Not to be confused with this week's special guest: Ace! Ace! Ace! This trio takes on yet another Tim Burton film (maybe the most brought director on HMO thus far?) where it weirdly feels like his most grounded flick? But also arguably maybe his most boring. Just our opinion! These three also talk about the star studded cast, the incredible costuming, the martians being little sex perverts, and how Audrey makes the astute observation that Kari surrounds herself with friendly giants.
