Abolish Frontex: The Violence of Borders

While people are outraged by the brutality and inhumanity perpetrated by ICE, the general public seems to forget that Frontex, the EU Border Agency, has been at the hands of record levels of deportations and deaths for years. The number of deportations carried out by Frontex has doubled from 2023 to 2025, and in 2026 alone, up to the recording of this episode, approximately 990 people have died attempting to cross the Mediterranean Sea - more than twice as many people as at the same time last year. In this episode, we are joined by Eve and Emma from Abolish Frontex to address the difference in narratives that exist around ICE and Frontex and both their connections to the militarised border complex industry. We also tackle their main mission of abolishing Frontex and why this is an inherently feminist position. Tune in for their holistic analysis! Registration for All: reclaiming housing as a human right, not a capitalistic commodity

Finding a place to live in Berlin is nearly impossible, as many of us have experienced first-hand! In the few, limited flat advertisements, you regularly read: ‘No registration possible!’ In this episode, we invited Luiza and Laura from the campaign "Anmendlung für Alle" to discuss the profound consequences of not being able to register. They explain the vicious circle of registration, who is particularly affected by it, and what demands and visions the campaign has to resolve this problem as one of the major issues of Berlin's housing crisis! Kollektiv und selbstbestimmt - Queerfeministische Hebammen*arbeit

Die meisten von uns waren, sind oder werden im Laufe des Lebens auf die Arbeit von Hebammen* angewiesen sein. Die Arbeitsbedingungen, unter denen Hebammen* aktuell arbeiten, sind aber sehr prekär. Das wirkt sich negativ auf Hebammen* und Gebärende aus - insbesondere, wenn diese von Diskriminierung betroffen sind. Mit welchen strukturellen Diskriminierungen sehen sich Queers mit Kinderwunsch konfrontiert? Wie selbstbestimmt schwanger werden? Und was braucht es eigentlich für eine diskriminierungssensible, bestärkende, queerfeministische Geburtshilfe?
