Between the Seas: A Central European History
In this episode, we focus on the Kingdom of Hungary from the mid 12th century to the start of the 13th. This is an important time in Hungarian History, and lays the groundwork for their century of change, through internal strife, and foreign invasions of all of their neighbors. At the heart of the conflicts is a search for identity beyond the exploits of their traditional past, and their search will tie them in with the changes taking place across the continent.
