Chapter 3, Rejuvenate

Chapter 3 is the last chapter in Step 1: STOP. This episode is about learning how to rejuvenate our minds and bodies. Why is it important to take time to rejuvenate? When we take the time to rejuvenate we are replenishing our energy and allowing our brains to think about things other than work and home tasks. We are able to enjoy life and the people who are in it. We will become more productive and we will be able to focus better. This episode will go into ways to rejuvenate and give you clarity on why it is important. The homework for this week is to complete a Rejuvenation Self-Assessment and a Rejuvenation Jumpstart. Chapter 2, Evaluate

There is a lot of information in Chapter two of Free to Focus. How are you doing so far? This episode is about designing our Full Focus Compass. The compass is what is going to guide us to be more productive in our homes and businesses. We use this episode to create our compasses by first filling out the Freedom Compass Task Filter.
